Rozmin Daya

Role: Event Coordinator and Project Manager

Rozmin Daya is an Enterprise Data Architect at Delta Airlines in Business Intelligence Division. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Jack Welch Management Institute. Rozmin is a strategic thinker and decision maker with exceptional leadership, analytical and communication skills. She is effective in coordinating cross-functional teams to accomplish goals and meet critical deadlines. Rozmin is a passionate non-profit leader as well. As a volunteer for the Ismaili community in North America, Rozmin served as Finance Manager for the Southeast region for 7 years and as a management auditor for 3 years. In addition, she led the event coordination for one of the largest events in the community, coordinating 900 volunteers at an event with 17,000 invitees over a 5 day period. Her non-profit work has allowed her to engage in various opportunities for leadership training, event marketing, networking and innovative thinking.
