Role: Event Coordinator and Project Manager
Rozmin Daya is an Enterprise Data Architect at Delta Airlines in Business Intelligence Division. She is a strategic thinker and decision maker with exceptional leadership, analytical and communication skills. She is effective in coordinating cross-functional teams to accomplish goals and meet critical deadlines.
Rozmin is a passionate non-profit leader as well. As a volunteer for the Ismaili community in North America, Rozmin served as Finance Manager for the Southeast region for 7 years and as a management auditor for 3 years. In addition, she led the event coordination for one of the largest events in the community, coordinating 900 volunteers at an event with 17,000 invitees over a 5 day period. Her non-profit work has allowed her to engage in various opportunities for leadership training, event marketing, networking and innovative thinking.
Rozmin has an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
