Rita Izaguirre is a passionate advocate for workplace inclusion. Her career experiences include positions in marketing, the practice of law and human resources. She has held senior leadership positions at SunTrust Banks and GE Healthcare. Rita has a Bachelor of Science from Barry University, a Law degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and holds the SPHR designation.

Rita is an Executive in Residence at Kennesaw State University. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Alliance Theatre, and the board of Year Up, a national organization that provides urban youth educational tools to achieve their potential.  Rita is married and lives with her husband, Amado, in Atlanta, GA.

A fun fact that not many people know about me:

I’m an avid cook, grow herbs and create my own herb blends.
